Profile

Eric has over a decade of experience in marketing management and higher education administration, focusing on customer satisfaction, student welfare, and extracurricular development. As the Ass. Dean of Students at KCA University Western Campus, he fosters a supportive environment for student success.

With a background in corporate and marketing management, Eric has contributed to the development of the KCA University Western Campus Strategic Plan (2024-2028), aligning it with the university’s vision of digital transformation and sustainability. His expertise includes student support services, strategic planning, and addressing critical issues affecting the youth like mental health and substance abuse.

Passionate about student mentorship and empowerment, Eric collaborates with organizations to enhance student engagement and success. His research interests include social media, AI, and higher education applications in enhancing support systems.

Eric’s leadership is guided by a commitment to inclusivity, creativity, innovation, and student development.
