Teaching (Learning Environment)

  • On average, my student’s evaluation score for the last three years stands at 82%. I purpose to improve this score by adopting and implementing innovative teaching methods to enhance learning. More recently I have adopted a flipped classroom approach, allowing students to learn content at home and engage in collaborative activities. I use Project-Based Learning to encourage research, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving. I apply case studies and gamification to motivate students and enhance engagement. I have integrated the use of technology in my teaching approach by adopting the use of Virtual Campus tools, which provide interactive learning experiences. To embrace collaborative learning through group work, teamwork and critical thinking. My teaching philosophy is centered on inquiry-based learning, encouraging active listening, research, and discovery, promoting a deeper understanding of the subject matter.
